Phone Firewall: Call Blocking Active
To reduce hold times and the number of calls are sent to voicemail, we have activated our phone firewall. The firewall blocks most unidentified calls including Private, Unavailable, Toll-Free and Out-of-Area calls. We've found that these calls are generally not clients seeking our assistance but telemarketers, scammers and other types of nuisance callers. These calls will not ring our phones but receive an error message.
If your phone provider blocks Caller ID or if you work for a telemarketing, collection agency or other firm that blocks Caller ID or uses a "dialer", you may not be able to immediately reach us. Should this happen, try entering *86 before dialing our number, for example, *86 1 773 282 3200. You may also try a different phone (such as a cell phone, if available) or other location. You may even use a payphone, if available and our toll free number 1 (800) 728-0365. If you are still not able to reach us, leave a voice message at (630) 604-8302 with your name and the best number and times to reach you. We will attempt to return calls as soon as they are received but in some cases, you may experience a delay of 2 business hours to one business day. E-mails and faxes are also an option.
